 2-Hour – CONTEXT Event Analysis Class; The workshop provides a tactical approach to identifying the common causes of negative events. Learn how to ask questions, build a storyboard, and analyze the event.  Participants learn how to influence the future rather than punish the past with sustainable corrective actions.  The Instructor will teach participants to apply proven techniques that will help them learn the context of the event. Once participants can understand the context, they have a better chance to influence the future.
